Pet rules differ by property, so please read the section for your hotel.
Harbor View
Dogs and cats up to 15 kg are welcome. There is a limit of 2 pets per room.
The pet fee is 40 dollars per stay, however long the stay is.
Pets must never be left alone in the room. A pet sitter can be arranged through reception for 18 dollars per hour.
Pets are welcome on the restaurant terrace, but not inside the restaurant or at the rooftop pool.
Old Town
Pets are not allowed at Old Town, because it is a protected historic building. Service animals are the only exception.
Dune Retreat
Dogs up to 25 kg are welcome. Cats are not accepted. Dogs are allowed only in villas 1 to 12.
The pet fee is 25 dollars per night, capped at 150 dollars per stay.
Dogs may stay alone in the villa for up to 2 hours, as long as they are in a crate. A dog bed and bowls are provided in every pet-friendly villa.
From May to September, dogs are not allowed on the main beach between 10:00 and 18:00. North Beach is open to dogs all year.
Rules for All Properties
Service Animals
Trained service animals are welcome at every property, including Old Town, and they are free of charge. They are not limited by the weight or species rules above.
Emotional support animals are not service animals under this policy. They follow the normal pet rules of each property.
Damage
No pet deposit is taken. A cleaning or damage fee of up to 150 dollars may be charged if a room needs extra work.
Declaring a Pet
Pets must be declared when booking. Undeclared pets may be refused at check-in.
